Our Refund Policy

Donations
We cherish every donation and work hard to ensure every donation is put to work helping others quickly. When we receive your donation, we believe it was your full intention to support our efforts to meet our military personnel and their family’s unmet needs. Because the Warrior's Promise Foundation put all donations to work quickly, we do not offer refunds on donations or donations made in receipt of gift items.

If the Warrior's Promise Foundation offers a gift with a donation and there is a choice of gifts, you need to please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

Purchased Goods
The Warrior's Promise Foundation may offer from time to time goods for purchase where a percent of the goods purchased will go help support the Warrior's Promise Foundation efforts. In such cases, goods that are faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do, you will be able to choose between a refund, exchange or credit. These good will be clearly marked as such and will be considered purchased goods and will not be considered a donation or eligible for tax deduction.

Please note: Refunds, exchanges or credit note will not be offered on items that have been damaged or worn.

Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.
